Minanago is a Sociology Lecturer at the department of Sociology and Social Work of The Open University of Tanzania. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Health Promotion, Care and Public Health Research Institute at Maastricht University, in the Netherlands. Her thesis is focused on exploring the dynamics of children’s exposure to inter-parental violence and its effects on child development.

Her main interest is uncovering children’s own voices on their experiences and involvement in inter-parental violence and their coping strategies. She is currently working on developing a theory and evidence-based intervention for children aged 9-12 years experiencing emotional difficulties as an outcome of exposure to inter-parental violence.

Besides her scholarly domain, Minanago is intrigued by the origin of life and the universe, the laws of the universe, spirituality, mental health, personality psychology, vibrational learning, digital teaching and learning, agile management and social change.
