Dr. Bukaza Chachage

Bukaza Chachage is a Senior Lecturer in information systems management. He joined the Open University of Tanzania this year (2016) after working as a Lecturer at the University of Dar Es Salaam, Deputy Provost for Administration at the then Tumaini University-Iringa and Senior Lecturer and Head of Resource Mobilization at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology.

First with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Tumaini University-Iringa, (Tanzania), he pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Computing and MA in Information Studies at the University of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania; MBA in Corporate Governance at the Mzumbe University, Tanzania; MSc in Environmental Management and Policy at the Lund University, Sweden; Postgraduate Diploma in Managerial Control and Management Information Systems at the Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands and PhD in Information Management at the University of KwaZulu Natal, Republic of South Africa.
