Mr. Chacha Alfred Matoka

Dr. Chacha Alfred Matoka is an expert in Strategic Human Resource Management, corporate governance and Social Policy. He has a wide experience as a civil servant worked in local Government for 10 years as Senior Human Resource Officer. Currently he works at the Open University of Tanzania as lecturer. He has participated in researching of the assessment of Social welfare provision in Tanzania, the assessment of women participation in decision making process in rural Tanzania by BAWATA (Baraza la Wanawake Tanzania) lead by Prof. Anna Tibaijuka. He has currently published a book in 2011 titled the Process and management of Organizational strategic Change.
